The heart is the white body in the lower two thirds of the image (both the bright spot and to the right). The white band across the top of the image is the spine and just to the right of the heart is the lung cavity.

Notice that the catheter has to weave its way through the heart. As the probe enters the heart, the balloon at the tip of the catheter is partially inflated and the probe is literally pumped through the heart.

Watching the probe, you can see the beating of the heart.

If you watch carefully, you can see when the sedated canine takes a breath.
